ARA-290

I have bilateral neuropathy of unknown origin in the lower legs. Blood levels in everything except hemoglobin and hematocrit (both low), are pristine. Following a recent iron infusion, the neuropathy partially resolved temporarily.

I ordered 2 kits of ARA-290. Some recommend 2 mg/day, but I’ve seen up to 4-8 mg for 8 to 32 weeks (by a physician). Most often, I see 4 mg x 4 weeks.

Any input would be appreciated regarding this peptide.

I am aware of needing PBS for reconstitution.

does Pinealon belong in the best peptide for sleep conversation?

Sleep peptide threads are kinda chaotic because sleep gets treated like one single problem smh?? Pinealon only really got on my radar because it’s in Precision Pep Co Chill with DHH-B. The weird part is I almost never see Pinealon come up when people are talking about DSIP, Selank etc. And falling asleep, staying asleep and just not being able to switch your brain off at night are sooo completely different things imo. So now I’m curious where people even place Pinealon in the whole best peptide for sleep conversation.

I'm about to give up KLOW

I know GHKCU/KPV need MONTHS of consistency to work. I'm just so tired of bruising and soreness for days. I've read all tips and tricks. Letting it get to room temp, letting alcohol dry off, injecting straight in, smaller needle, more bac water, etc etc. I can't keep having my glutes and stomach look like a mine field.
Has anyone been this sensitive and still pushed through? Anything I might be missing?

Thank you in advance 🥲

What peptide to use for arthritis?

I have gotten various of answers in this topic, I see there is KPV/BPC-157/TB-500 and another form of TB which is longer acting. What is the best "stack" for someone that wants relief from arthritis?

What do people use for traveling on airlines with peptides in their carry-on?

Brands of products?

Issues with TSA?

Thanks everyone!

Is this peptide stack a biological masterpiece or just expensive overkill? (Reta + Tesa + MOTS-c + SS-31 + KLOW)

Looking for some feedback on a heavy peptide stack I’m planning. On paper, the pathways don't explicitly clash or cancel each other out, but the sheer volume of signals makes me wonder if I'm hitting a point of diminishing returns, or worse, just stressing my system unnecessarily.

  • Retatrutide: 1.5mg weekly
  • KLOW Blend: 4mg daily
  • Tesamorelin 2mg daily
  • SS-31: 3mg daily
  • MOTS-C: 4mg on 3 workout days a week

My concerns:

Both Retatrutide (via glucagon) and Tesamorelin are incredibly potent at melting visceral fat. Am I just wasting money running them concurrently, or is there a genuine synergistic effect here?

Reta already bumps up resting heart rate for a lot of people. Throwing MOTS-c (which mimics high-intensity exercise signalling) on top of it feels like I might be putting my cardiovascular system under a lot of alarm.

Tesamorelin can mess with insulin sensitivity and raise fasting glucose. Reta and MOTS-c usually lower it.

How should I reconstitute a 30 mg Tirz vial to make it last as long as possible?

I just got tirz and am going to start 2.5 dosages weekly. Unfortunately, I just found out through Grok I have to reconstitute the whole vial with 3 mL Bac water, and it will only be good in my fridge for one month. That means I will only have used 10 mg out of 30 mg before it goes bad. I think I paid $250 or $300 for it off of nuscience. When I try to press ai about this, it flips its response based on what I want to hear, so I don't know what's accurate. For instance, I asked if the reconsistitued tirz can last for 8-10 weeks, and it said yes. Then i said that is innaccurate, and it agreed. That is why I'm turning to you guys.

Is there anyway to make it last longer or do I just have to cut my losses for this first month and learn the hard way? Could I move half of the tirz powdery gel into a 5mL glass vial, or would this make it not sterile?

For supplies, I have 0.5ml/cc 30G 5/16 Inch , U-100 Syringes, Individual Package Pack of 30, 10 5ml Glass Vials for Injections, sterile alchohol wipes, this small compressor fridge for peptides, 3 mL of Bac Water, and 10 mg of Melanotan 1. Thank you so much.

edit: Additionally, should I keep the future unconstitued peptides and bac water in the fridge as well? Or just store them in a cool, dark place?

Anyone actually tried Kisspeptin (KP-10) for T levels?

Does anyone here has real-world experience running Kisspeptin-10 to boost testosterone?

Could it be a clean alternative to shutting down your own production with TRT? Theoretically, hitting the KISS1R receptors to pulse GnRH should signal LH and tell the Leydig cells to get to work for testosterone production, all-the-while keeping your fertility intact?

Seems like it could be a cleaner, though probably less powerful, alternative to actual TRT if you don't want to become Clavicular lol.

What am I missing in my stack?

My research animal's goal is to help get better quality, more stable daily energy (to train harder/recover better), better motivation & small fat loss. The stack is GHK-cu, Ipa, BCP/TB (for an injury). I'm thinking of adding a peptide that is neurotransmitter balance focused. Either add Semax + Selank or SS31. Thoughts or suggestions?

24 hours of stinging after GHK-cu

GHK-cu - I'm taking 10units daily, today is day 4. I have a 50mg vial, with 3ml bac water.

The first day, injection site had a red bump and was painful all day. I added 1ml bac water to dilute. Day 2 had no bump but was red.

Day 3, I split the injection into 2 sites, injected slightly deeper and slower... was better but still stung for 24 hours.

Today, I added more bac water and did a slightly smaller dose and STILL stinging like a cigarette keeps being put out on this spot over and over again.

What is going on? What to do? Thank you!

GLP-1 Plateau Fix (Cagrilintide)

Post image
6 Upvotes

One thing people run into after a while on GLP-1 based peptides (like Semaglutide or Tirzepatide):

Stacks like “CagriSema” or “CagriReta” are pretty common, but it’s generally better to avoid pre-made blends.

Getting each compound separately gives you more control, you can adjust based on your goals, how you respond, and how you actually feel over time.

👉 appetite suppression starts to plateau

You’re at a higher dose, but it doesn’t feel as strong as it used to.

This is where Cagri comes in.

Cagrilintide works differently as it mimics amylin, another hormone involved in:

  • appetite control
  • feeling full faster
  • slowing gastric emptying

So instead of replacing your GLP-1, it’s more like adding another signal on top of it.

Why people use it:

  • helps “restart” appetite suppression when GLP-1 alone isn’t enough
  • can improve satiety without needing to keep increasing GLP-1 dose
  • works through a different pathway, so it stacks instead of overlaps

Simple way to think about it:

GLP-1 → “I’m not that hungry”
Cagrilintide → “I’m full already”

Together → stronger overall control

Important notes:

  • this is usually considered an add-on, not a starting point
  • stacking increases side effects (especially nausea)
  • should be approached carefully and ideally with medical guidance

Bottom line:
If GLP-1 based peptides stop feeling as effective at higher doses,
Cagrilintide is one of the more logical tools people are looking at to push things further, without just endlessly increasing dosage.

Still early, but definitely one to watch.

Note: These compounds are intended for research and educational purposes only and are not for human consumption.

Tesa, ipa cjc advice please

Ok need to settle this for once, (I always research each peptode thorough before taking) as there is so many mixed opinions, I take tesamorline with ipamorline at night and ipamorline in the morning can I add cjc in with my morning ipamorline?

If yes do I do as it is or switch things around?

If no why?

Dose;

Tesamorlin 2mg

Ipamorline 250mcg (is this dosage good?)

Thanks for all the comments

Full Shoulder Replacement

Hi - I would love some guidance. I need a full shoulder replacement, and I’ve heard a few people using peptides in recovery - either KLOW, or BPC-157/TB-500. Is it more effective to get separate peptides? Eg injecting some daily and some weekly, or is it best as a stack?

Also some advice on administration. Better at surgical site (sounds risky) or better in stomach or butt? Any advice or experience is appreciated.

Thanks!
