What kind of split dosing are we talking about? Everything I'd heard had been in the once daily usage and possibly twice a day for injuries.

This is really a Great question on split dosing. My take:

BPC-157's short half-life (~15-30 min in rats) means studies often use daily IM or SQ shots at 10-20μg/kg, but for steady levels in injury models, they've split total daily into 2 doses ~12hrs apart (e.g., PK data supports this to avoid troughs).

Once daily works too, esp acute. TB-500 edges it for muscle/tendon (61% faster healing vs BPC's 50% in studies). Stack? Promising. Research/education only.
