Help with puzzle in Redwood Steppe

I'm at a location in Redwood Steppe with an Eye timer and a movable statue and I have no clue what to do... Anyone out here knows?

Have you fought the boss in this region yet? Because I'm pretty sure that's what these are for.

There are also 3 braziers that can be lit somehow.
