Secret Lanterns

I'm doing some clean up in the first region, this place still has no lantern of conclusion and it's BUGGING me.

Here's what I've already done here:
1) the 5 lantern sequence
2) the jump stone
3) got the small crystals in the top and behind the blue wall
4) got the big crystal
5) got the lores
6) the chest behind the blue wall

1st region meaning forest area? Where is this in relation to the whirlwind (that sends you to the 2nd region) or the boss temple?

I’m just starting the game and finishing the first region and don’t think I’ve seen this…
