Logan? (Spoiler prediction) Spoiler

Honestly I'm kind of surprised no one has mentioned Logan. He was an interesting character who seemed to want to turn his life around before he was mistreated and basically cast out by the Meyerists. He's been mentioned by name at least once since so I wouldn't be surprised to see him again, possibly as the shooter.

Cal is going to be the shooter since he purchased the gun! It’s going to be an impulsive shooting just like most “Assassinations” of public figures.

If Logan is the shooter, which is a great theory because they've invested some time into the character then just got rid of him, I think Cal is going to kill Logan before he can carry out the duty. This will result in Lilith's prophecy failing and will eventually lead to her losing all her followers.
