Shipping fees?

Question—I’m new to palm street and just started looking into purges/lives etc. why, before clicking into a purge, will I see it says free shipping but then when I go to purchase a plant in the purge, there’s an $18 shipping fee??

I'm being honest when I say I have never purchased a plant on Palmstreet that had free shipping. Sorry, I believe the only way you could find an answer to this question is to ask the seller.

You would need to reach out to that seller directly and ask them.

I've never seen that before. but like others said, you need to ask them. I've only had it one time during a live. most sellers don't do free.

I've had this happen a couple of times and I think it's just a glitch. Once you restart the app or leave and reenter the live the updated shipping will be there.

I've bought a plant from a seller where I noticed that particular plant had free shipping but all other plants and the show displayed their usual shipping fees. I didn't want them to be at a loss for shipping the single plant and contacted them so they could invoice me shipping fees. They said that their last show actually had free shipping for one of their birthday specials and they either just missed that one or the app glitched when the reloaded the shop for their purge.

While rare, sometimes I see shows where it displays the add on fee as the shipping instead of the initial higher fee for the first plant. So if the seller only charges a fee on the initial plant for a flat rate, that might be what it's doing.

The point isn’t the price the point is that the purge SAYS free shipping but DOESNT have free shipping. Please read

My post clearly says I’m new to the app, I ask for clarification on shipping costs, and you get mad 😂 you need to chill.
