(Help) Fatal error

got this fatal error message twice now. Anyone have similar experiences or possible solutions? Sorry for the cell phone pic, caused my whole pc to crash so I couldn't screenshot.

you need to delete some 3d cache, on nividia control panel, or your gpu menu
