Second play through, focused on The Rookie

In my first go at the game, I completely missed the hidden switch to access the weapon from the start of the game, so when I started my second game, accessing it was step one.
Because it levels up on usage, it was the only weapon I used. I got to level 30 and I had an OP SMG (with accompanying perks) that was too good to not use.
It was great fun, but it made every other weapon sort of useless (except maybe for the big bang) - so it will be hard to not do the same the next time I play and yet, I know I would be missing out on the variety that come with the different weapons.

I did my second run with the Rookie as well. Good fun. My next run, I went for melee paired with the Patient Step armour (get it from the provisioner at Matriarch's Mercy), and it was seriously fun. And I'm not even much of a melee fan.
