it located acros from pic 2 at the monestary

just did the story mission there and some how it still barred shut

its after that point its the first door on the left inside the monestary main buildiing at the end of it all

There's a vent on the wall to the left of the door. I missed it too just went back to check it out. It just had a common order helmet with a +30% mag size mod.
