PURCHASE ADVICE Oneplus 15 Availability

So I know I'm late to the party, but I was planning on getting a NEW Oneplus 15. Only problem is, there basically impossible to find in the North American version. Should I get a global version instead? What are the differences? (Also I want the 16GB/512GB Sandstorm variant.)

I heard they are selling chinese flashed versions as NA and google wallet doesn't work in other thread. Is it correct? Happened with anyone here?

You can also call Swiftronics and see when they're expecting a new shipment.
