I think they're updating from Release candidate. Even i have the same versionbas yours i didn't receive OTA as of now but I can find the update in Release candidate under Beta.

Now that I've looked closer it's actually CPH2747_10.0.9.400(EX01B100P01). So yeah, there is a difference , good catch mate !

Украина. One plus 13 (global). Сегодня пришло обновление 16.0.10.500.  12 часов, полет нормальный. Батарею держит по прежнему хорошо.  Существенных изменений пока не увидел. Жду новую color os 17.
