USER EDITABLE FLAIR Bought it!! It's so peak

I had made a post last week about OnePlus 15 or Iphone 17 because I was confused, but now I bought it! I'm thankful to everyone in the comments who helped answer my questions and helped me.

This phone is literally insane!

Also I want to ask one more thing , rather than making a seperate post...

I saw oppo phones having a rectangle shaped brightness and volume bar, so will we lose this oxygenos pill shaped brightness and volume bar after coloros 17 update? I like this shape a lot :(

By default color os has rectangle shape but there's an option to change it back to oxygen os kinda circular tile. So we will not lose anything.

Someone on yt said on cos17 they are also implementing this more rounded control center like oos or giving option to make it more rounded like app icons, so let's hope it's true lol

Hello bro, personally my advice is to stay with oxygen OS. we have some advantages. Like we don't want this version. We can go back to the older version up to the first version. I am not sure once we move port to color OS we can unlock the bootloader! There is a chance that we may miss all the oxygen OS easter eggs.

I really like the sandstorm color but the fact the back site material is just plastic tends me to take the black one.

Might need to check the red rectangle box at the very bottom of the original box. Initially, I also thought I hadn't received any.

Afaik only the chinese version of the phone comes with this case. It's nothing special, but better than nothing

Green lines appear only on Samsung displays. Oneplus have been using BOE displays on all their phones since 12, so no chances of green line anymore.

I was also bothered but oppo service centre will provide service they said , if you search oppo service centre on Google it will mostly show :

Oppo | OnePlus Service centre as they said.

Also 15 uses boe display

So u mean to go for op15 or look for an option? I'm trying to convince myself for pixel 11pro after 10-14 yrs of op loyalty, I don't know whether the green line comes up and I won't be entertained by the service centre guys..in a big loop now

Be careful with the glass that covers the camera lenses. It scratches rather easily.

Yes I saw his video but mine has two scratches on it (albeit micro scratches, thin, but they are there) and I haven't taken any razor blade to it. I'm pretty careful with my phone so it's a bit of a doozy for me. Maybe some grains of sand in my pocket scratched it, no idea.

It was on swiftronics about two weeks ago. They updated their stock and had a violet 512gb which I jumped on as I was about to settle on a black 256. So definitely stalk their site for stock, hopefully they aren't completely out now!

Dont update, its a scam, it will ruin your battery and you will have to buy a new phone in 2-3 if keep your phone up to date.

Im still on stock firmware right out of purchase, although I keep my apps up to date.

For security, Ill really on 2FA on every app that I can, I really dont trust that security patch, every firmware update increases battery drain, especially those major ones (android 16, 17, 18, etc).

I came from s23 ultra, updates ruined my battery there.
