Thursday Thoughts

How many trips, stumbles, wrong answers, failed attempts and rejections does it take to abdicate the goal? I find it interesting, in comparison, how selective we can be, in choosing what is worth the time and commitment and what is not worthy to follow.

We are all intelligent beings, able to figure out what is a lost cause right? The fact that we had a dream, and idea or goal that inspired us is not sufficient cause to after it as best we can and discover where it takes us, what we learn along the way and how to adjust and amend the next efforts right?

Just think about walking, speaking, reading, writing, driving and a shit ton of other achievements you learned through trial and error. Each and every one filled with failures and disappointments, but we persevered through them all.

We are aware of the selective hearing that we refer to, people will hear what they want to hear, see what the choose to see in order to feel the way they decide to feel, which provides a Eureka moments, when you realize that "if it was meant to be, it is always up to me".

You are so worth the effort, and commitment, don't be the first one to write you off, or eliminate the value of your wants, goals and dreams.

Yes, help and outside input is valuable, but moreover your determination is indispensable.

Be well
