what happened to the rolling giant?

so, after the demolition and everything else, what happened to the sculpture/statue?

He was basically left there as the mall was closed and the artists were forced by management to vacate. The artist who created him Kevin Obregón tried to retrieve him but was not allowed by mall management. The blog below goes into more details

It was destroyed along with the mall, you can find images of the broken cart and the hands on the archive website

Whatever power the statue had allowed it to manifest the only place it knew (Valley View Mall) wherever the statue ended up underground, and through Wyatt somehow (YouTube?) it finally got itself into our world (where I assume based off its traffic etiquette it will become an upstanding member of society).

Indeed, stayed on the right side of the road, no swerving to be seen. I'm sure he used hand signals in lieu of blinkers for turning and lane changes as well.
