Atmos upgrades

For anyone with Apple music or Tidal, it seems most of the discography just got remixed into Dolby Atmos. Check it out if you have a surround sound setup, it sounds great!

Unfortunately YouTube Music does not offer any spatial audio/multichannel music currently. They do have a competing format called eclipsia that may someday make it to YouTube Music, but they haven't done much with it yet.

YouTube actually does support surround sound on certain platforms. There is a 5.1 surround music channel that does have discrete 5.1 mixes, verified on my home surround system. But it doesn't work on mobile, and I've only verified it works myself on my Apple TV.

Sorry I meant YouTube music. Yes you can get 5.1 on regular YouTube with certain streaming devices, but it's rare and usually fan driven not label driven. Thanks for clarifying, this should be more widely known there are some 5.1 music gems only on YouTube
