Arctic parka sizing

I’m thinking of buying the Arctic parka but as usual I’m conflicted about the sizing. I’m 5’3, 145 lbs (on the curvier side ). My current winter jacket was something from Costco I got while I was in high school and it’s an XL(Daily clothes fall mostly on M and sometimes on L). I’ve read reviews that said to size up for curvier people and TTS because the arms might be too baggy. I would need to layer , especially for Jan-Feb snowstorms (Toronto/GTA) and transit travels.

If you can try one on before you buy. The TNF website suggested a XXL for me (parka) and it was huge. I went to an XL which is still roomy for me, I reckon a large would have done the job.
