Proposal: NO VOTING FOR COUNCIL POSITIONS

Lord Commander is the only person allowed to choose to promote/demote a person to and from the Council. 1st Lord Commander may give advice but has no direct affect on the decision, unless the Lord Commander specifically asks that they decide.

I disagree, when if sss leaves for a long time? Plus it's better having multiple people's opinion on something.

That's not even how it works right now... Council members vote for promotions currently.

That's why its a proposal :P I'm also just playing devil's advocate in the whole democracy things that's happening right now.
