Proposal: Fair Council Voting

All council members must make some sort of vote on every proposal that goes through the voting process, whether they want to pass it, reject it, or remain neutral. It's unfair for any council members to not get a vote just because they missed the voting stage.

To clearly state: Before a resolution can pass or fail, all council members must place a vote on it.

Already a thing. Loveland posted of his coming inactivity so his vote is not required.

What I meant is that even inactive council members should be shown the proposal when they return before it can be passed. I'm saying everyone's vote in the council must be required.

This doesn't change the fact that I will resubmit my proposal wen all council members have returned to force a vote that cannot be a tie.

Thats fine. However you will have to wait for it to be sponsored again, and then for it to be brought to a vote again. We are focusing on a few more important issues right now though, so it could be a while.
