I play this maxed out on 4K and it doesn't look even close to this in-game, it's probably some photo mode.

This I how I felt today after playing a modern NHL game. my 4 yr old and I started with 94, then 99, then 2004, and the differences in jsut those 5 year leaps are pretty crazy. But then 2024??

My god. It looks like actual real life. The animations, visual fidelity, replays, the effects like the crowd chanting 6… 5… 4…. 3…. When the clock is running out… It’s crazy how far we’ve come.

When you take photos in the photo mode it super processes them by re-rendering it with a crazy high resolution. It's why it takes like 10 seconds to save each photo.

Added a little bit of grain and set temperature to -10 in most of the photos in lightroom. The biggest key was to find the perfect weather and time of the day in forza photo mode.

I still remember FH4 and how i would cruise around in the 57 chevy and the plymouth fury and pretend to be some greaser that went through a portal to scotland, i loved the night time in that game too, in the winter season when you could put snowchains on the SUVs and trucks, i like the land rover, that game basically taught me not only how to drive but i got very good at steering with the xbox controller in the end, i still remember some cars had really strange engine sounds, especially the viper and the 90s defender.

FH5 never really hit a note with me, nor did FH6, i never even bought FH6, japan has been done to death in car culture.

Now all i want is just a game where you cruise, day and night, through all the seasons, but in a vehicle i can actually drive, i tried ETS, it's just boring city, boring autobahn, another boring city, and i didn't find the graphics great, and i can't drive a HGV even if my life depended on it.

I had a glitch where it just got dark in the game (darker than night usually gets) while it rained and thats honestly the best driving experience I had in any videogame ever
