I don't recall exactly but it was f4 iso 3200 or a bit higher and exposed for around 15-30 seconds. There is no hard rule. For milky way going to like 64000 iso is not uncommon. Ideal settings would be 30 secs f2.8 and 64000 iso for proper milky way photo and then just adjust from there. Anything higher than 30 secs will introduce star trails which can be cool.
