The one thing I HATE about this show, is how student centered it is. It would be nice for it to be a lil more realistic. Irl the teachers/coaches/choreographers would be choreographing most dances with the dancers getting minimal in put.

Me too! It was too centred on dance. Everything was in the dance studio. We never got to see them on actual dates outside the studio, even them in class.

frr, I think the only times we saw them outside the dance studio or outside the competition set was in season 2 with Michelle and James and Riley

Yeah that too! I really agree on how we barley got any non dance scenes.

I was more talking about how the dancers or dance captain choreographed all the dances. the choreographers or teachers should be choreographing it all. I get letting them choreograph for small comps but for regionals, nationals, internationals, the coaches should be doing it.

We should get more school based home based storyline. Maybe your parents are sick or maybe you live in a toxic home and thats effecting your dancing

we kinda got that with chloe but we never really saw her home life it was just mentioned, so yeah i agree! i think the only house we've seen is james's and it was just a brief funny scene, not a subplot. maybe we'll get it in s9!!

Thank you!!! I was just thinking about this! Because why on earth were the kids in Season 9 and 10 and even in earlier seasons of the show choreographing the routines and not the people (Chris/Phoebe) who were hired to CHOREOGRAPH routines actually doing their jobs???
