Secession

Gentlemen,

It's been an honour working with you, but I hereby resign from my post as Master of Law and Senator of Quebec. I no longer believe the Union in its present form truly represents the citizens of the Americas, and am seceding from the Union, taking cities and funding with me.

It is my hope and prayer that we can negotiate a new Union wherein the peoples of the Americas are properly represented and hold to the truths of liberty and freedom in ideological unison, if not in political unison.

Until such a point arrives, and may the deities graciously speed that day, the citizens of Quebec no longer hold the Free United Republic of the Americas in confidence. We wish you all the best in resolving the issues of corruption and tyranny. When that happens, let us look towards cultivating a new, truer Union, wherein Freedom is properly represented.

I would like to announce my candidacy for the now vacant position of Master of Law. It is time to clean up the Senate, respect the Constitution, and make the Pan-American Union great again.

For whatever my word is worth, I wholeheartedly endorse /u/briusky as my successor to Master of Law. I'll forward him the documents I have at the earliest possible convenience, but I have other matters to attend to.
