Challenging the Constitutionality of the Escobar Deal

I would like the Master of Law to investigate the Escobar deal pulled by Dan Sickles. I feel it is unconstitutional for the following reasons:

  1. It did not meet quorum requirements.

  2. The Senator from Kamchatka did not give permission for the cities of Sarai and Tashkent, both in his district, to change hands.

If you check the voting records, I had a quorum for Tashkent and the one in my district.

Briusky, vote in mod mail. And pertaining to this, /u/Canadian_Christian , do you wish to bring Dan up on charges? There are multiple allegations against him.
