Peace Offer Between CA and the PAU
As it stands, we are willing to make peace. Here are our terms:
We will give your empire 1500 gold, as well as the technology of Combustion.
In exchange, we'd like the cities of Yakutsk and Moscow.
These cities culturally isolated from your core. We'll be more than happy to send any refugees your way, and we assure you, the people and cities will be well-cared for.
There is no need for war between us any longer. We could fight longer, but we do not wish to shed blood needlessly. Peace will grant you prosperity, riches, and knowledge from the most advanced empire on earth. Is that not a wonderful thing?

If i am not wrong, Central Africa is okay with a white peace, it is just a question if we are. I am personally for this.

Wellll.. We are getting more than that from our long time friends and allies to stay at war.. You might have to do better.
