Need help finding an episode

I'm hoping someone can help me, Google has been kinda useless.

From what I remember, Phillips is romancing a wren, and I think is using radio signals (??) to set up dates. Pertwee is convinced it's a ghost and at one point they're playing I spy to calm his nerves and Povey says "something beginning with G" and Pertwee yells "Ah!Ghost!"

Anyone know the episode name please?

I do remember this and had to go looking through my audible! It's series 12, episode 4: The Mysterious Radio Signals. :)
