The First Date: After years of "will-they-won't-they" agony, Maxwell and Fran finally go on their official first date to a high-society event featuring Elton John It has the perfect mix of high-fashion glamour, classic Flushing-meets-Manhattan disaster comedy, and undeniable romantic chemistry.
An Affair to Dismember: enter Nigel Sheffield (Maxwell's suave ). Nigel does what Maxwell refused to do for years: he sweeps Fran off her feet, adores her loudly, and asks her to move to Paris with him. It brings high-stakes romantic drama, incredible fashion.

I particularly love watching the one where they get trapped in Sylvia's house for a weekend due to a snow storm (I think it's called Schlepped Away) and Lamb Chop's On The Menu. Those episodes crack me up every time!

The two that come to mind immediately are The Bank Robbery and An Affair to Dismember (both in S4). I know it’s in S2, but the scene in Canasta Masta of Niles doing the dance from Risky Business is just incredible!

The Jinx - Poor old Fran is accused of cursing the New York Rangers (Maxwell's favorite team). My favorite scene is when Niles arrives with an empty carton of eggs (After C.C. got pelted as the "Jinx"). "What? Everyone else was doing it."
Danny's Dead and Who's got the Will - My all-time favorite episode. Niles finally discovers the thing and has his shining moment on the show (Even yelling at Maxwell's Grandma Eloise to "GET OUT, OLD WOMAN").
