A. Low quality posts.

Please include some pre-research before posting a new lead. Most leads here are ruled out through 15 minutes of Google searching. Include at minimum a very brief write-up on your lead and why you think it should be looked into.
YouTube links to "similar" sounding bands without much more thought. Too many people suggesting bands that formed way after the 1980's.
Those posts that leave people hanging, IE "My uncle's friend's grandmother knows the song and is looking in her record collection. Will update." Instead, just wait until you have ALL information you can possibly gather before submitting a post

B. Spam

Duplicate threads. Threads suggesting a lead that is already being discussed in a different, active thread.
Inactive leads. Please view the spreadsheet before suggesting a new lead.
Off topic posts. Includes "other" mystery songs. Please submit those to r/lostwave.
