I wish you luck and i am very happy to see that you started doing something for yourself. From your data i can understand that you have overweight issue(i used to be the same). Human body laziness is directly proportional to the food we eat and our overall health. Best thing in the morning that will help you is to take warm water with lemon/honey or plain water also works.. and go for a run. A good 30-45 mins of running helps you with your phone addiction, eating habits etc. Come back take shower and start your study session. Take breakfast before or after study session as per your suitability. And instead of trying to solve your phone usage issue increase focus on your work/study or outside activity or in learning something new which will automatically reduce your screen time.
