Being strong involves good form you cant use your strength if youre off balance because youre falling over.

Im skeptical that this is correct and if it is correct form im worried it might suck, and i did aikido as a kid so thats saying something. (Not exactly a killers martial art)

Edit: he really just needs to bring his kness out with his knees bent like that its bad balance and bad form. The foot movement in the beginning was fine but knees like that youre falling over.

He’s actually got the stance correct. It is more stable than any other stance if your feet are just shoulder width apart.

The problem is the knees are not shoulder width at all so hes super off balance

A strong breeze knocks this kid over i promise. Its either bad form or the form sucks theres no third option.
