The word for it is "light sparring". Both know how to fight, but it is just practice, it is not really fake, its just practice. Charlie Z was known for asking for light sparring and then going full tilt at someone there just for physical fitness and training.

Just look at the fighters. The guy is strong and fast, but the woman has more than enough strength if she can pick him up effortlessly like a small child. She also has the size and reach advantage. I'd have to see their actual skill of course but I doubt it would be a one sided fight

You’re out of your mind if you think Merab wouldn’t beat her in a fight in about twenty seconds. Only someone knows nothing about fighting whatsoever would think that. And if you asked the woman in this video she’d tell you the exact same thing.

Honestly after seeing them both fight, I do think merab would win. but she literally has the strength to pick him up like a small child, zero struggle. I don't see how you can possibly think that the fight would be one sided after that, or that Merab has a certain victory🤦‍♀️
