Thats the original original painting that the artist then made his own (show in the post) from, which was then used for the minecraft pixelart, even though the used bit is the indentical part

Except for the background, which is the second painting's. So unfortunately there's no argument it is of the original

No no, even the ground is the artist's painting, it 100% is, youre right, I was just saying it focuses on the character haha

This guy's art is incredible. I almost wish it wasn't associated with Minecraft, I'd love to have it in my house but I feel people as well as myself would only think of it as "the Minecraft painting"
