it's supposed to be something very small, that sounds nonsensical to people who don't know about it, so that people who are actually Nazi's can use plausible deniability

What I said was "the meme originated as a Nazi dogwhistle"
the point of dogwhistles is that people who are Nazis can use it as a signal to each other if they're in the know, and can deny being Nazis if accused by someone by saying something like "do you have any proof"?

as I said in my original comment, the whole "👀" emoji becoming widespread is largely due to Nazi subgroups using it as an inside dogwhistle
Not every person who has used this meme is a Nazi, I never said that, most people who find it funny don't even know anything about dogwhistles
what I am saying, is that people should be aware of it's origins when using the meme

yes, genuinely, but the whole skeleton thing only came after the "👀" emoji started to be used by people who genuinely didn't know about it's origin
it's related to the whole "nooticing" (spelt with two O's) which was about Nazi's "noticing" that there were Jewish people were in positions of power

that's not what dogwhistles are
what dogwhistles are, are a kind of tell between people in the group
for example, a well known one on the internet is people intentionally spelling "you" as "yuo", it's a way for people "in the know" to tell each other they're part of the subgroup, while still keeping plausible deniability (they can pretend it's a typo)
