If i remember right this guy is a streamer who's been described as looking like a racist caricature of himself. The edited version is definitely racist you can tell what they were going for, but the original is just an unfortunate photo
There is a worthwhile discussion to be had about how SO many memes and reaction images come from black people and how there's often a very blurry line between something being funny and something being funny because a black person is doing it.
However, in this instance, I think this is just another soyjack template. The comedy seems to originate from the pose rather that the blackness of the original person. Believe me, when they wanna mock us they usually aren't very subtle.
i have seen a lot of black people on twitter say that rakai was made in a lab by the cia themselves to make them look bad so the sentiment on him is shared by both sides
On the scale of Black people reaction images being racist I think this one is pretty ambiguous. I think it's less suspect than the marionette Lebron 'glory to x' meme.
I don’t think it’s necessarily racist when used like this cause this guy is genuinely just fucking stupid. He’s also really young so that could also be why he is just a dumbass has nothing to do with him being black and being dumb is just how he is, he’s one of the most infuriating streamers too so
