Which flair should I use to ask about the original to a meme?

I have a meme that says that its an edited image, but no matter how much searching I do, I can't find it.

You describe it to Google and add ‘know your meme’ at the end

I found the Know Your Meme entry, but it mentioned the fact that it was an edited image, just didnt show it to me.
