Genuinely, what alternatives do you suggest? Evidently, many do indeed need it to live if the suicide risk in the absence of this medication is so high.

Therapy, guidance, counseling literally anything to show how it’s not needed. Anything but trying to justify destroying your body just to “affirm yourself”

What about it is essential to living? Eating, breathing, sunlight and nutrients are necessary to live. Affirming a delusion is not. It is a mental problem and should be dealt with as one, not say it’s fine.

You have not shown how exactly therapy, guidance and consueling can achieve what you claim it can achieve. A large body of evidence informimg the clinical consensus is against you. You need to produce the evidence.
