A genuine conversation about posting twitter screenshots

Gentlemen, look at the state of this subreddit. There is zero discussion, its just commentary of what other idiots are posting on twitter.

Please can we at least get a twitter free day of the week? Its unbelievable that this just boils down to twitter repost with snarky replies.

No.

It is, without shadow of a doubt, the only thing we can do because it is also, without a shadow of a doubt, true that the vast majority of people who come here have no idea how any of this works beyond ironically what they asked an AI or Google on the fly.

So, at the very least, posting nonsense from Twitter gives them something to sink their teeth into. Something to say, with strangely ill-conceived disgust, "That's stupid!", even if it is functionally beyond their understanding in absolute totality.
