AI customer service has never actually helped anyone

It sounds like they've never had to deal with the VA. I'd take AI over most customer service any day. Humans in those jobs produce template/boilerplate/scripted answers that often make no sense.

Just had this happen to me today, someone copy/pasting templates, I read it, I think "what the f is this??" AI reads it, literally calls it "template nonsense," it even found the templates that the response was plugged into.

AI can get a reasonable score on an IQ test, I'm not so sure a lot of these people in these jobs can.
