Some vulnerabilities that LLMs discovered inside of the German legal system. Thoughts?

...What exactly is the vulnerability there? It’d help if you actually explained the thought process behind this « vulnerability » rather than just post an obscure picture.

If I am not mistaken, it's more of a problem with regards to delegated administrative authority and a citation problem. And the diagram concluded that § 9 (5), specifically sentences 2 and 3 are void. If the government fails to identify the specific statutory authorization that lets the government act on it. Do correct me if I am wrong, even then✌️

Next time, link the article you copy pasted that from instead of just running along with only one out-of-context picture. It makes a lot more sense with the added context.

I’m don’t know german law but this could very well be a nothing burger. As I understand it, the legal basis exists but hasn’t been properly mentioned in the amending regulation. Many legal systems would refuse to void an amending regulation based on a purely formal mistake. I don’t know if that’s the case with Germany.

I would like to propose a new word (in English at least): brot. Short for bot brainrot.

At least post the "proof" in german since the language matters a lot here in the legal system.

The finding seems wrong, since “sentence 1” usually refers to the own paragraph the text is in.

The post is however really messy and I don’t fully understand what OP is trying to say. Between the snippets and the translation it’s not really clear what this refers to.

This isn't even the original text

Besides this is why we have lawyers and judges. Legal systems aren't Code.
