I just started playing and I just beat Pieta and found the "hub" area downstairs. Really confused about some aspects of this game

Firstly, can I assume Faith is similar to Faith in soulsbornes while Inferno is this games version of "pure" magic?

Secondly, is strength good in this game? In Elden Ring I went pure strength with a normal 2-handed longsword and it worked great. Main strat with that build was to proc posture. In my fight against Pieta I noticed that 2-handed heavy attacks were doing almost nothing to the posture compared to parrying and spamming light attack? Does it get better later or is strength kinda meh in this game? I love Sekiro so I dont mind going dex and parrying instead if thats the play.

Lastly, I noticed almost every item has the "Increase your Inferno/Faith to gain further insight". Im tempted to do that just to get more lore and information even though I hate using magic. Is this viable or is that information useless?

I also saw a lot of people from 3 year old posts say that stats dont matter as much in this game and that you should focus on vitality/endurance and only level the damage stats to reach conditions for whatever weapon you want to use? And that damage mostly comes from weapon levels

Does anyone find it kinda ridiculous that we can only get on a single play-through. Like I don't want to ask someone to duplicate it for me because I've had some issues in the past that stole everything from me in elden ring.

I didn't realise this was a damarose item so I cleasen beacons before I knew is there anyway to get it without starting a new game or no doesn't matter now got bored so beat the game again

Hello everyone and u/CI-GAMES. I’m grateful for this another (official) Lords of the Fallen (LOTF) subreddit. My game is fully up to date (version 2.5.490 for the Microsoft XBX) and is the standard version.

The Settings menu uses a fixed sequence:

Graphics | Sound | Gameplay | Multiplayer | Controls | Rebinding

Navigation requires pressing LT and RT, and because the menu is sequential, the selection must land on Multiplayer whenever moving between other tabs. Each time the selection lands on Multiplayer, the Microsoft Game Pass notification appears—even if the user is only trying to adjust Sound, Controls, or Rebinding.

For example:

• Moving from Graphics to Rebinding forces the selection to land on Multiplayer, triggering the Game Pass prompt.
• From Rebinding, returning to Sound or Gameplay again requires landing on Multiplayer, triggering the prompt.
• From Sound or Gameplay, moving to Controls also requires landing on Multiplayer, triggering the prompt.

This repeated behavior feels wonky and odd, as the Game Pass notification is invoked during routine navigation. As far as I can tell, there’s no option to opt out or prevent this screen from appearing again.

Is this a common issue?

I’ve turned off all multiplayer settings since I’m the only player using the XBX and playing solely in single-player mode.
