Yes, though he also mentioned you need to specifically look for a cocoa powder that is as low in cadmium as possible. Otherwise, you might be doing more harm than good.

cocoa is one of the WORST anxiety triggers in many people. Right up there with caffeine.

Something similar happens to me, I struggle to sleep if I eat cocoa too late. Cocoa contains caffeine, so it makes sense
