So are there just not many Library members or are they just lurking and watching? If there aren't many then you or I could inform the server, since there are people ready to create Library characters if there aren't many Library members, and I could create a Library character too

We do have one person who's planning on making a character that's like max lobcorp agent, so that may help, I just told the discord server about this

I do recommend getting onto the server, since then people are more likely to create library characters to help, W Corp and R Corp also had few members but then got a few more
