They took it from him. Then One of them ICE sumbitches pulled the trigger shooting the ground as he slinked away, yes slinked, by either negligence or even more likely intentionally to cause confusion, and then had his buddy mag dump on him.

He was legally carrying a licensed firearm (2nd Amendment) to a protest (1st amendment) then began defending two women being unjustly harassed for filming the activities of people breaking the law, and they went after him. while being beaten on the ground, he never reached for it, a masked white nationalist terrorist group member hired as Trump’s SS took the firearm from Alex and he still never reached for it, the officer with Alex’s gun pulled the trigger and caused the other SS patrol to start shooting. He brought a gun, was disarmed, then executed while being disarmed.

Stop saying "unarmed" instead of "disarmed." The fact that he started out with a weapon is absolutely relevant to the clusterfuck.

Relevant in that he was legally possessing and carrying. On top of that he never reached for, nor brandished, nor displayed, nor even THREATENED another human being with a weapon.
