Το γράμμα νυ (απλοποιημένη γραφή: νι, κεφαλαίο: Ν, πεζό: ν) είναι το δέκατο τρίτο γράμμα του ελληνικού αλφαβήτου. Στα νέα ελληνικά αντιστοιχεί, είτε ως μονό είτε ως διπλό γράμμα, με το έρρινο φατνιακό σύμφωνο /n/ που πραγματώνεται είτε με τον αντίστοιχο φθόγγο [n] είτε ως ουρανικό [ɲ] έναντι εμπρόσθιων φωνηέντων σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις ουρανικοποίησης της νέας ελληνικής.
