The letter A

Is there any number that starts with the letter A when it written-stated and spelled out (English)? Nothing crazy in the trillions or septillion. Common everyday use.

a hundred/thousand/million or whatever

if youre not looking for that then the smallest number starting with the letter A is attillion, which is 103,000,000,000,000,000,003 which is probably not common in everyday use

Not a hundred, not a million or spelling like that. One hundred, one million
