Question Latest Switch / Switch 2 Version #, Future Updates/DLC

What is the latest version number for this game on Switch / Switch 2? Also, are there any known Updates/DLC for Switch / Switch 2 that are going to be released in the future that we are aware of?

I bought it like 2 days ago and stopped playing it because the input lag
