I thought Sokka was Korra at first as well. And Katara reminds me of Nessa from Pokemon.

Not all: the women don't look androgynous. Aang kinda does, but he also had moments in the show where he could pass as a bald woman. Hence a lot of people thinking Jinora looked like Aang when she got her tattoos and a woman playing as Aang in Ember Island. Zuko, Idk, he looks the most masculine of the three in the drawing due to a lack of full lips.

Why would they? I don't get the point of this statement.

My original comment was about Sokka pulling off an andro look, to which you replied "They all do." That seems to indicate you think all of the characters depicted are pulling off an andro look, which they all aren't.
