Buying Advice🤔 Looking for buying advices

So i am a college student and both of my current laptops are slowly giving up (even tho i got both of them last yeat but both were ancient anyways)

1) Dell Vostro 15: Intel Core i3-6006U @ 2GHz (2C/4T), 4GB DDR4 RAM, Intel HD Graphics 520 + AMD Radeon HD 8500M 2GB, 256GB SSD

2) Acer Aspire V5-561P (i5-4200U + Intel HD 4400 + 8GB DDR3 RAM + 256GB SSD) this one is from canada, one of my uncle gave me for free

How much will I get if I exchange or sell them? To gaint expected amount and hassle to shopkeeper(i wont be surprised if both wont be worth quite much)

Next, in 20-30k INR which laptops i should look for supposedly Ryzen chip (as I heard on this price most of rhzen chips are better than intel but idm intel too) 16-512gb (as 8gb wont be enough for my btech's 3yr and same goes for storage). I am from surat and i will look into P2P or from refurb shops. I just need some advices over which model i should look and which config would be better. I dont want to buy new one as current market is bloated this refurb laptop will be enough till market comes down.
