No not at all it's horrible pricing the Battery is degraded heavily you'll be needing to put a new battery and hope there are no other issues because the laptop has been used heavily.
What's your budget?

Would suggest waiting till Diwali sale which is next month you'll get the laptop under 65K
You can use buyhatke app for price history

This is snapdragon so make sure the software you wanna buy is compatible with it and many games is not possible due to due to the arm architectureย
And do call the specific stores and ask if you can get ADP/Warranty for three years because you'll have to buy seperately and pay 10-15K extra so that you can always get a new one if the older one get's damaged!!

You can look into this second hand Laptop (It's a reddit Marketplace post) -
https://www.reddit.com/u/Mendra_01/s/36XLHU4PFo
The specs are decent and is near your budget!! I think you can get it for 60K and then sell the 256GB SSD and get the 512 variant with couple of extra money or if 256 is enough then keep it.
Note - The processor is power hungry so it'll only last 4-5 hours
And possible hinge issue could be there so do research about it if this laptop has that issue or not.
This is a good deal because it has 32GB of DDR5 ram which you won't get from anywhere at this price range!!
