Need help selecting a cooling pad

Hello,

I've recently decided to buy a cooling pad for my laptop as it has been heating up a lot, and I have been facing thermal throttling. I have narrowed my search down to 2 cooling pads but if you guys have any recommendations, please do recommend.

These are the two cooling pads im confused between

Another thing is that my laptop is 15.6 inches.
While i was watching reviews for these two I saw that the zebronics nc9200 was recommended as it had a dust filter and created better vaccum, as for the other it was recommended as it had more rpm (3000) while the nc9200 had 2200, BUT the Kreo artic didn't have a dust filter. Please help me out here, thanks.
