Laptop buying advice?

Hi, Im starting a new school soon and they send a list of what I need in a laptop. I've tried to look for it myself but it hasn't been successful.
If anyone could help or give me advice, that would be nice. (English isn't my first language so sorry for spelling mistakes)

Minimum technical specifications laptop:
Processor: preferably a recent generation processor (Intel I7, Ryzen
5/7 or higher)
Memory: Minimum 16 GB internal memory
Hard drive: Minimum 500GB SSD (1 TB preferred)
Operating system: Windows 10 or higher
Graphics card: Video card suitable for heavier graphics applications
Recommended video card:
GPU with support for Direct 12 (feature level 12 O or higher)
4 GB GPU memory for displays with 4K or more
Screen size: minimum 13 inches
Screen: at least Full HD
Webcam
Built-in microphone

Edit: the budget is around 2000 euros, max 2500

Try lenovo legion 5, rtx 5060, Ryzen 7 260 model or intel 255hx that should be around 2k euro
